Cancellation Policy

PLEASE provide at least 24 HOURS’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. CANCELLATIONS made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your full service, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
